In essence, CRM is the embodiment of Carlos’ vast, prior experience in the industry; an experience that began with his participation at a very early age in his father’s artisan jewelry and vintage watch business in Havana. That sole experience as a child awakened a passion and thirst for watches in Carlos that is unquenched until this very day.
