I am the winner of the Rolex Day Date 60th anniversary w/ Olive Dial + trip to Miami. I am not the type of person that usually win stuff and I only bought 20 tickets so you imagine how surprised I was when I won. The wonderful team at CRM took care of everything from A to Z and even went the extra mile for my birthday. My wife and I enjoyed ourselves the whole trip and we really enjoyed having the opportunity to spend time and create memories with the team. The watch is just as advertised and unboxing it was quite an event for me. Weather in Miami was great as always, so we had a blast on the yacht, and the dinner at Kiki was awesome. I can’t wait to be in Miami again so I can grab a couple of drinks with Dan, Carlos and the whole team!And i must not forget: Nathalie, she truly deserves a raise! LolThanks to the team and wonderful family at CRM. This was a experience we will never forget!

Lovely family that has a lot of fun and treats their customers well- I literally walked in to get a watch band adjusted and they did it complimentary because the credit card machine wasn’t nearby. Class act strongly recommend!

I was the winner of the 100k watch collection with trip to Miami. This review serves as a testament to the genuine nature and kindness of the CRM family. I went into this experience having never watched the youtube channel, nor even leaving a comment on one of the IG posts. Thought I had zero chance at the raffle with over 100 000 tickets sold. It was truly a shock that I happened to win the prize. From the get go of organizing my trip to Miami, Dan from CRM was on top of things and ensured our hotel was booked and paid for. Myself as well as my family thoroughly enjoyed our time at the store. Choosing the watches is an experience I will never forget, as I went from dreaming of owning my first Rolex, to now owning 4! The prize was just as stated: 100k in watches from the store’s inventory, no strings attached. Due to poor weather, we weren’t able to go out onto the yacht, but dinner with the family that night was amazing. Cannot rate this store highly enough for delivering on this experience. I felt very welcome to the CRM family, and I am already looking forward to visiting Dan, Carlos, Charlie and the girls on my next trip to Miami.

I’ve heard a lot about this place and finally made it over to check them out. I went by to get a watch appraised and to check out the inventory. As soon as we walked in they were very helpful and attentive which is pretty uncommon in the Miami watch world (my experience). They had a lot of inventory and good selection. Based on the service I’ll be coming by next time to buy a watch!

I came across CRM YouTube while researching Cuban links. The quality and care in hand making the chains was apparent. The family’s vocalized faith in God assured me I would be doing business with a company that shares my values. I purchased a cuban link, 18k x 7mm x 22in from CRM. Chain came out perfect with tight links, high polish and secure box clasp. The chain came in underweight however, I received a check for the difference as promised. CRM communicated with me via text throughout the process. The chain is a perfect everyday wear. This is my first Cuban link with plans to add a bracelet in the near future. CRM, we’ll be in touch! The team is exactly what you see on YouTube. Sandy and Betty are great and spent plenty of time to show us options and show us around the store . Carlos - who was not there at that time - even called to chat a bit . We ended up getting two pieces ( one for my father birthday and one my brother overseas who asked me to get one for him ) and these arrived as promised a few days later . In 2018 I flew to the US from Australia to buy some watches. I stopped at LA first then FL. Unfortunately I got screwed by the LA dealer I bought from who took cruel advantage of my lack of experience. After that I flew to FL and went to CRM who spent so much time with me and tried their best to help me and give me so many options to try and minimize my losses. I have never and never will forget their kindness and support even though I went into their store penniless and couldn't spend any money with them. If I get the chance to ever buy from any dealer worldwide, CRM will undoubtedly have my business because they care about their customers and not just the big buyers. Can't recommend them enough.

My most recent experience with the CRM family was 24 hours ago to purchase a diamond ring for my wife, sort of an upgraded and all I could said this was a fantastic experience the CRM Team made it easy they educate me on diamonds, they gave me plenty of options and selections for both diamonds and ring settings they went above and beyond my expectations on how fast the process was from star to finish less than 72 hours. It was a beautiful moment for me and my wife it involved laughs and tears but all due to joy. Thank you to Sandra, Betty, Mrs. CRM Raiza , Dan and Carlos for making this happening for me and the wife you guys really make this possible Thank you.
