CRM Jewelers is feeling generous this year. Even though this giveaway contest is only our first, it definitely won’t be the last!

We created this page to explain the steps you need to take to join this contest and the rules that apply.

On the day the contest ends (see deadline below), we will scan Instagram using our proprietary tool which ranks the participating posts by number of likes. The post with the most likes will win, IF (and this is a big IF) we determine [using our best judgment] that no artificial likes, likes manipulation or any other dubious technique has been used.

Prize: Genuine Stingray Leather Skull Bracelet. The skull material is sterling silver and is plated in either yellow gold, rose gold, or white/black rhodium. The bracelet material is real stingray leather and comes in an assortment of colors, including pink, red, yellow, green, blue, gray, cream, brown, and black. The eyes are synthetic stones that also come in a variety of colors, including black, clear, green, blue and red. The winner will get to choose his color preferences.

Contest Deadline: July 1st, 2015 at 12:00 PM EST. At this time, the winner will be determined. All qualified participants with their Instagram accounts set to public (as well as the participants with private accounts that we already follow) will be scanned with our proprietary contest tool and judged. If you followed the entry steps below, please make sure that your Instagram account is set at least momentarily to “public” during the time shown. If it isn’t, it will be impossible for us to compute the number of likes your participating post has generated and to determine if all of the other rules have been followed. This is very IMPORTANT.

Contest Entry Steps and Rules

Please follow the rules below to enter the contest and be qualified to win.

1. Follow @CRMJewelers on Instagram.
2. Post the picture in this link on your Instagram account and use this hashtag on your post: #CRMCONTEST1.
3. The post with the most likes at the end, that meets all the other rules and requirements, wins. Make sure to tag your friends and reshare across other social networks to increase your chances of winning (no artificial manipulation of followers/likes please, or you will be disqualified). See additional rules below.

• Any schemes involving artificial manipulation or gathering of followers and/or likes, including paid likes, will be grounds for automatic disqualification. On the contest deadline, CRM will, at its sole discretion, determine if a contestant violates this rule using a best efforts’ approach.
• The use of fake accounts or followers will be grounds for automatic disqualification.
• This contest is in no way sponsored, administered or associated with Instagram, Inc. By participating, entrants confirm they are at least 18 of age, and release Instagram of any responsibility, as well as agree to Instagram’s terms of use.
• Entrants must be 18 and over to participate.
